Kate Barrett is the founder of eFocus Marketing – a specialist email marketing agency providing consultancy, management and training services to companies around the world. With a proven track record and well over a decade’s experience in the email marketing arena (increasing results from opens and clicks to sales), Kate’s expertise and passion has helped a large range of companies develop comprehensive strategies to target subscribers with the right message, sent to the right person, at the right time, as well as implement, manage and optimise those campaigns and solve complex email marketing issues including deliverability challenges.
Some of the companies she has worked with/trained include Nissan, Marks & Spencer, Argos, Vision Direct, BT, TUI, Soletrader, Maybourne Hotel Group, Photobox, MyVoucherCodes, M&M Direct and Adidas, among many others. She’s walked in your shoes and still does for clients today. She knows what it’s like to work at a strategic level, as well as being in the trenches day to day, creating and optimising campaigns. Having been an elected member of the DMA Email Council for over 3 years, regularly speaking at events around the world, blogging, and being a contributor to Smart Insights and a trainer for the IDM, Kate is always up to date with the latest email marketing news, trends and techniques to feed her passion for the industry.

Skip Fidura is a consumer centric digital marketer with over 20 years' experience on the client, agency and provider sides. Working for dotmailer, OgilvyOne and Acxiom Digital, he has helped B2B and B2C brands like BT, Fred Perry, Paul Smith, DHL and Copa Airlines have real conversations with each customer across all digital channels. Skip has also been an Executive Director at the dotDigital Group plc and a Non-executive Director of the UK DMA. As Chair of the Responsible Marketing Committee he continues to shape the discussion and define best practice around the responsible use of data and marketing channels. Jeanne Jennings is a recognized expert in the email marketing world and a sought-after speaker and author on industry topics. Jeanne has over 20 years of experience in the email and online marketing and product development world.
She is also the Founder of Email Optimization Shop, a consultancy with a direct response approach to digital marketing strategy, tactics and creative direction. They help their clients make their email marketing initiatives more effective and more profitable.
In addition, Jeanne is Chair of the Email Innovations Summit, Las Vegas and General Manager of Only Influencers, a community of email marketing professionals. And she is an adjunct professor teaching digital marketing to students earning their Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications at Georgetown University.

Ruben is an online marketing expert, with email marketing as his specialisation. Active in online business since the early 00’s. He has worked for an international publishing company, a high-end email marketing agency and the #2 Dutch utilities company, before becoming self employed as a marketing strategist in 2014. His broad experience on both client and agency side helps him in understanding and guiding businesses both small and large. He teaches email marketing at The Maastricht Leadership Academy and The Talent Institute and is an online marketing mentor at Startup Bootcamp.
